    Complimentary Consultation

    About an hour. Dr. Burson confirms whether you are a candidate for implants, walks you through your options in plain language, builds your treatment plan, and gives you an estimated cost before you decide anything.

  2. Visit Two · 1 Hour

    3D CBCT Scan & Surgical Guide

    If you choose to move forward, come back any time that suits you for a cone-beam 3D scan. From that scan we order a custom surgical guide so your implant is placed with precision.

  3. Visit Three · 90 Minutes
    03

    Implant Placement

    About three weeks later your guide arrives and Dr. Burson places the implant, most often with nitrous for comfort. Roughly 90 minutes, and most patients are surprised by how easy it feels.

  4. One Week Later · 30 Minutes

    Healing Check

    A short visit one week later to make sure the site is healing exactly as it should. Quick, simple, and reassuring.

  5. Four Months · 1 Hour
    05

    Integration Check & Final Crown

    At about four months we confirm the implant has fully integrated with your bone, then scan for the implant and abutment so your custom crown fits and looks like it was always yours.

Dr. Burson brings a rare mix of medical expertise, artistry, and genuine empathy. His path to dentistry began with a master's in anatomy from Creighton University and a rotation alongside a neurosurgeon.

With 15 years of experience and advanced training through KOIS, Spear, and the AACD, he's a proud AAID member who completed live-patient implant training through The Pathway, one of the nation's most respected implant CE programs.

He's known for putting even the most anxious patients at ease, explaining every step so you feel confident before anything begins.
